    Sylvain BouchardSylvain had a long and successful career with the Canadian Army where he was employed in various positions within Canada and overseas. Following his military career, Sylvain transitioned to the Federal Public Service where he was employed in various management positions leading operational and strategic programs with small departments with less than 300 employees to large departments with over 18,000 employees.
