Program Evaluation

Grounded Cube Solutions Inc. consults with our clients to determine the scope of the evaluation required. Based on the consultation, we can do an all-encompassing and overarching evaluation of your entire security program or we can direct our attention to specific areas of concerns. This process will evaluate and confirm the current level of maturity of your program and identify possible weaknesses which will require immediate, short-term or long-term attention. Following the evaluation, our Security Program Evaluation and Analysis Report (SPEAR) will contain a comprehensive gap analysis, with recommendations for areas of improvement.
